Nursing is a field of science that creates its own knowledge and produces its own knowledge through research in its own practices. Nursing Science stays up-to-date and develops, especially by examining the problems and new ideas identified by nurses working in clinical practice, and the creation of new evidence. Within the scope of our Center's Research and Development Activities, basic training and courses are planned for nurses, including research design and management of the research process, with the aim of improving the problems identified especially in the field of practice and developing new practices and new methods. Our center has planned the "Research School for Nurses" program, which consists of small group work for nurses and will last for five weeks, within the scope of its 2023 activities. Within the scope of the school, a program containing very basic information such as determining the research subject, forming hypotheses, determining the research method, getting approval from the ethics committee and obtaining institutional permissions, informing about statistical programs, and creating a database was created. Nurses who take this course will be able to attend an advanced research school to be planned by our center in the future.
